Lubbock Independent School District Police Chief Mark Hinshaw has been placed on paid administrative leave following an incident at La Diosa Cellars where he was reportedly intoxicated and potentially threatening to an ex-girlfriend, as per a police report. The incident occurred off-duty on February 16, 2011, in the Depot District.
